Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sadin Shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high volume periods may cause slight delays in processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

1. Jordan

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days

  • Shipping Cost: 5 JOD

2. European Union

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days

  • Shipping Cost: 13 EUR

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all EU orders over 150 EUR.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside of our control.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship to Jordan and countries within the European Union. We do not offer shipping to other destinations at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Sadin Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If tracking is available for your region, it will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sadiinshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
