Shipping

Delivery to Italy is €13. Orders arrive within 7–15 days.

Each piece is finished by hand before dispatch, which is why delivery takes longer than you may be used to.

If we're unable to deliver your order after two delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your SADIN pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, makeup marks, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
